SHIPPING POLICY

Where can you deliver my order?
All products sold on our website can be delivered anywhere in India where Courier Delivery Services operate.

How many days will it take to deliver my order?
Orders may take approximately 4-7 business days to deliver. Generally, we take 1-3 business days to dispatch. Sometimes orders may take longer to deliver depending on availability of products or due to any calamity (like restrictions due to Covid Pandemic).

Can I track my order?
After the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with courier tracking details.

How will my order be delivered?
Order are delivered by popular courier partners like Professional Courier, DTDC, etc and sometimes through India Post.

Do you accept COD (Cash/Card on Delivery)?
No, we accept only online payments and do not support COD.

Can I collect my order from your office address?
We do not have a physical store and hence orders can only be delivered and cannot be collected from our office.

CANCELLATION/RETURN POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order or before it is already packaged (whichever is earlier) in order to get a full refund. theTTpeople gives a satisfaction guarantee of 3 days (after it’s delivered). If you are not satisfied for some reason with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 3 days of receiving your order phone case xradditional hintsmuseum-boeckwitz.de, as long as the product is in its original, sealed, unused condition. This policy is not applicable to customized or special orders (example: assembled rackets).

The following requirements need to be fulfilled to qualify for our return policy:

  • Products that come in their original sealed packaging should not have been opened
  • Rubbers must be in their original sealed packaging
  • Blades must be in their original sealed packaging and should be returned in a box. They cannot have any scratches or glue on their surface indicating that they were used.
  • Clothing items should be returned with their original tags attached and must be returned unworn and unwashed.
  • Any other accessories must be returned unused with their original packaging and labels.
  • Damages done by the courier will not be eligible for return/refund. However, in case you would like to insure the product while placing the order, reach out to us and we will engage the courier accordingly which may come with an extra cost.

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the product[s] in it’s original condition. We will communicated to you once the refund has been initiated. Refund may take up anywhere between to 7-9 days to process, subject to the payment gateway terms.
